Kim was co-author on this peer-reviewed technical paper from the 2015 ACEEE Industrial Summer Study. The paper addresses the lack of clarity and consensus around how to evaluate SEM programs, and details the learnings, results, and recommendations from workshops convened in August 2014 with third party evaluators and implementers of SEM.
